Monday report (from Sandee in Senegal)

Sent: Monday, November 05, 2007 12:10 PM

The first segment of the Team arrived safely in Dakar at 520 a.m. this morning; no mishaps - no lost luggage - no Africans in our face pulling at our "stuff" - we could tell we were prayed for much! Thank you - - it was the smoothest trip in I have ever experienced.

The team is awesome - servants hearts revealed constantly. We have rested today from the journey and prayerwalked the Mandyak area; Joseph was not with us - so we were very limited in communication - - - but the Holy Spirit was not! IT was a tearful eye-opener for many on our team.

Please join us in asking God to burn our hearts with the reality of lostness. Please ask HIM to reveal the person of peace to Scott and Larry this week.

We are attending a baby-naming ceremony tonight - -complete with a common-bowl meal. Haircuts have been taking place this afternoon; many missionaries have already been by to be loved on and prayed with. Our team is VERY tender to their tired hearts - I could not be more proud of our folks.

Cindy has had a hiccup in London and will not arrive until 2:20 a.m. tuesday; she is weary - please pray her in!

In His Grip,

Sandee Hedger
