Dear friends,
Once again, it is impossible to put into words what we experienced today. We had so many priceless moments…. because our Master was in charge!
Unfortunately, Opa was not in his village. He and his wife Tootie had gone to Ziguinchor to seek medical tx because she has been ill. We were able to make arrangements to meet w/him tomorrow evening while we're in Zig…he is also wanting us to pray over his wife. A deacon in the church, Paul, was who we spent most of the afternoon with. We were able to sing songs and worship together. We were also able to meet w/two of the women I had spent time w/in Jan. They are so precious! There were some new believers that Paul wanted us to visit with in a near by village. We went to visit them but most of the men in the village were attending a funeral. We were able to spend a little time w/the women and pray for them. It's been wonderful just spending time w/the people...praying for them...loving on them.
